Is anyone experiencing problems with the Qantas Wellbeing app? All was good until three or four days ago when it stopped syncing steps and activity immediately. Now it's Sunday night and I'm trying to adjust my weekly step activity and there's no response. Don't think the app has been updated?

Sad thing is I've never had a problem with this app until this week and in fact think it's a slick design and easy to navigate.

Yes, having the same experience from mid this week. Deleted and reloaded the app, but it didn't help.

Yes it's come back to life now. But did the same on Thursday I think when there was no response all afternoon.

Has anyone solved this problem? It has been sluggish to non-responsive for months now on my phone. Also not counting steps properly, I walk the same route almost every day, and the step count ranges from 3500 to 4500 or so. Someone told me it can depend on how fast or slow you walk etc. But that's a pretty wild variation.

The app itself isn’t a step counter, it takes the data from sources within your phone/watch to populate that data.
