Qantas Wellbeing app: sluggish?

Is anyone experiencing problems with the Qantas Wellbeing app? All was good until three or four days ago when it stopped syncing steps and activity immediately. Now it's Sunday night and I'm trying to adjust my weekly step activity and there's no response. Don't think the app has been updated?

Sad thing is I've never had a problem with this app until this week and in fact think it's a slick design and easy to navigate.

Yes, having the same experience from mid this week. Deleted and reloaded the app, but it didn't help.

Yes it's come back to life now. But did the same on Thursday I think when there was no response all afternoon.

Has anyone solved this problem? It has been sluggish to non-responsive for months now on my phone. Also not counting steps properly, I walk the same route almost every day, and the step count ranges from 3500 to 4500 or so. Someone told me it can depend on how fast or slow you walk etc. But that's a pretty wild variation.

The app itself isn’t a step counter, it takes the data from sources within your phone/watch to populate that data.

Anyone had issues with the Wellbeing app tonight? It seems to have stopped recognising steps and I can't log back in; it reports an error when I put in my PIN. I'm loathe to delete the app just yet because I got the max 20,000 steps today!

EDIT: Loathe to delete in case that results in losing the steps. I don't know how the app stores data.

Yes, same here. Get an “oops something went wrong. Please try again” error message.

Thanks for the report, I feel better I'm not the only one. Maybe the QF sytems are going down because of the 7-hour scenic flight release!

Yes having the same issue. I did delete the app and reloaded from the cloud and now I can’t log in at all. Keep getting the ‘Oops something went wrong. Please try again’ message. I’ve hit my step goals for day and week also. Very frustrating.

If my understanding of the app is correct, I don’t think we’ll lose any steps/points. The information is recorded in the phone’s exercise app (Health app on an iPhone) and syncs to the Wellbeing app. It should sync across to Wellbeing when it comes up again.

I have been struggling all day to get the bloody thing to work. Google Fit is counting the steps ok, but Wellbeing just won't sync at all with it. I have powered the phone off about four times, tried everything I can short of deleting and reinstalling the app. Resigned to losing today's steps and I will have to revise my weekly target down this week.

Same issue here with the app being stubborn yet again. In frustration, deleted app, re- stalled and now cannot login. Frustrating to say the least.
