You can transfer Citi Rewards points earned in Australia with a Citi Prestige credit card to 2 frequent flyer and loyalty programs, as listed below. Note that many transfer partners were removed on 16 November 2025.

You can transfer Citi Rewards points earned with the Prestige card to Virgin Australia Velocity. Citibank removed its international airline partners on 16 November 2025.
Citi Rewards Points in Australia do not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing. However, if you close your account or switch to an ineligible product, any unused points are forfeited immediately upon account closure.
