IN BRIEF | Secure Parking will no longer award Qantas Frequent Flyer points or Qantas Business Rewards points from 1 February 2020.

Currently, you can earn 1 Qantas point per $1 spent with Secure Parking by linking your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Secure Parking loyalty program account. You can also earn 20,000 Qantas points when signing a contract for a 12-month carpark space at selected carpark locations, and 3 Qantas Business Rewards points per $1 spent on parking when booking online.

A notice on the Secure Parking website states:

From 1/2/20, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards Members will no longer be able to earn Qantas Points through Secure Parking services. All Qantas Point offers prior to this date will be honoured as per normal conditions.

Secure Parking will continue to honour Qantas Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards points earned up to 31 January 2020. So, if you’ve been thinking about signing a new contract for a carpark space, now’s the time to do it and still earn some Qantas points!

Velocity Frequent Flyer already ended its relationship with Wilson Parking on 30 May 2019. However, you can still earn at least 3 Velocity points per $1 spent with Looking4Parking – or even more points if you have Silver, Gold or Platinum Velocity status.
