Airlines and banks aren’t the only businesses with loyalty programs. Hotels, supermarkets, car rental companies and many other retailers also offer benefits to loyal (and in some cases, disloyal) customers.

Hotel loyalty programs reward frequent stayers with room upgrades, late checkouts, lounge access, complimentary breakfast, free nights and all sorts of other benefits. You can also earn a lot of points by gaming the Flybuys and Everyday Rewards programs of Coles and Woolworths.

This course explains how Australians can maximise the value in hotel, supermarket and car hire loyalty programs.
