Given the remote destinations served by Airnorth, flights are often expensive. But you can redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points for Airnorth flights! Instead of paying $267 to fly from Darwin to Gove, for example, you can redeem 8,000 Qantas points and pay just $48 in taxes. This a good use of Qantas points and makes it possible to visit some great destinations across regional Australia.
From its Darwin hub, Airnorth flies to destinations including Dili, Broome, Kununurra and Townsville. There are also three destinations served from Toowoomba: Cairns, Townsville and Melbourne. Business Class is not available on Airnorth.
Airnorth award availability is fairly good on most routes if you book with Qantas points well in advance. Many flights have two award seats available from around 350 days in advance. Award availability on Airnorth flights is more limited if you’re booking at the last minute.
