Qantas Online Mall Points MissingNumerous AFF members have reported problems with Qantas points earned via the Online Mall not posting. Qantas used to promise that points earned from purchases through the Qantas Online Mall would be credited within 30 days of making the purchase. This recently changed to “4-8 weeks”. But many Qantas Frequent Flyer members are still waiting for Qantas Online Mall points well after 8 weeks have passed.

Many of the members still waiting for Qantas Online Mall points have placed Woolworths Online orders.

I placed my first Woolworths online order through the Qantas Mall on 21st March and have been placing weekly orders since then. Ive received the “your points are on their way” email for every order, although the first two came together on the 7th April. I still havent received any of the points.

But the problem, which appears systematic, is also affecting purchases made at other Online Mall retailers including David Jones and The Iconic.

Seems to be an issue with DJ, JD sports, Theiconic orders also placed earlier than 8 weeks ago. Each time receiving a confirmation email.

I’m missing 3 Woolies Transactions from the Qantas Mall, for transactions made over 8 weeks ago, plus DJ’s and iTunes.My faith in the Qantas Mall and Qantas Frequent Flyer Service centre has diminished considerably in recent months.

Same! I bought almost every thing from DJ. I stop recept point since March. I usually click&collect, and I throw invoice.. Damn… spend around $5000 on DJ. Still wait for my 25000 Qantas points.

If you make a purchase from the Qantas Online Mall, be sure to keep your receipts and check to make sure you’ve received the Qantas points you’re entitled to. If your Qantas Online Mall points still haven’t arrived after 8 weeks, Qantas advises to contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

Unfortunately, many of our members are still waiting for their points even after contacting the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre. Most members have simply received generic responses, although one was asked to email a “final itemised invoice in a PDF or JPG file format”. In our view, customers should not have to waste so much time chasing up Qantas points they are genuinely entitled to.

The Qantas Online Mall allows customers to earn Qantas points when shopping online. By clicking through from the Online Mall to the online retailer’s website, Qantas Frequent Flyer members are supposed to earn Qantas points for every dollar spent.
