Garuda Indonesia is a member of the SkyTeam alliance. You can redeem Garuda Miles for award flights on any SkyTeam airline:

Garuda Miles can also be used to book award flights on the following partner airlines:

• All Nippon Airways (ANA)
• Citilink
• Etihad Airways

Garuda Miles uses a distance-based award chart, with prices shown as one-way awards. The best value is long-haul Business class journeys.

For award travel on Garuda flights, see the award charts on the Garuda Indonesia website. For award travel on SkyTeam and partner airlines, the following award chart applies (correct as of January 2024):

To redeem Garuda Miles, the Garuda website says that have to fill out an award ticket from and physically visit a Garuda Indonesia sales office. (In Australia, Garuda has CBD office locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.) If you don’t live near a Garuda office, you could try calling their call centre.

Before transferring points or booking, we recommend searching for SkyTeam award availability. You can use the Air France/KLM or Delta websites for this.
