Manage your Billing
We have enabled an AFF customer billing portal for you. This way you can access a secure Stripe-hosted page that let’s you manage your subscriptions and billing information such as credit card details, auto-renewals, invoices and payment history. Please go to the billing portal to change credit card details below while you can access account upgrades on the community forum.

How to login to the Community
Start in the Australian Frequent Flyer homepage
1. Click on Community
2. Click on Log in
3. Type your username or email address
4. Type in your password
5. Click on Log in
You can tick or untick Stay logged in if you want to stay logged in for a period amount of time.
How to reset password
Start in the Australian Frequent Flyer Community page
1. Click on your username at the top right of the Community page
2. Click on Password and security
3. Type your existing password
4. Type your new password
5. Confirm your new password
6. Click on Save

1. Click on your username at the top right corner
2. Click on Account details
3. Click on Change
4. Type your new email
5. Type password
6. Click on Save
