There are two versions of Emirates Boeing 777 Business Class.
On Boeing 777-200LRs and newer Boeing 777-300ERs, Emirates Business Class seats are fully lie-flat. On some older Emirates Boeing 777-300ERs, Business Class seats recline only to become angle-flat beds. The same 2-3-2 seating configuration is used for Business Class on all Emirates Boeing 777s.
In general, the Emirates A380 Business Class seats are a better product as every seat is lie-flat and enjoys direct aisle access. Emirates also has its on-board bar on the Airbus A380. So if you have a choice, the Emirates A380 would be preferable. But the Emirates Boeing 777 Business Class is still a pretty good product!
