Pick Up Your Coles Shopping at Melbourne Airport

Pick Up Your Coles Shopping at Melbourne AirportTime-poor frequent flyers can now pre-order and collect their grocery shopping right outside the airport after landing in Melbourne.

Coles Supermarkets has installed Click&Collect smart lockers outside Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport. These lockers are refrigerated to keep your shopping fresh until your flight lands.

The Click&Collect service at Melbourne Airport is free for Coles Online customers, however a minimum spend of $50 per order applies.

If you’re returning home to an empty fridge, you can order your groceries via Coles Online up to a day in advance. Your groceries will then be delivered to Melbourne Airport for you to collect after you land.

You’ll need to specify a collection time window when you place your order. There are three collection windows available:

  • 9am until 2pm
  • 3.30pm until 7pm
  • 9.30pm until 6am the following day

If you’re collecting groceries in the 9am-2pm time slot, you’ll need to place your order by midday the day before. Otherwise, you’ll need to order by 1am on the day of collection.

If your flight to Melbourne is delayed and you happen to miss your collection slot, Coles requests that you call up to let them know. Doing this will avoid your order being cancelled at the end of the collection time window, however you’ll still need to pick up your order on the same day.

You can of course earn Flybuys points for Coles Online orders, which you can transfer to Virgin Australia Velocity points.

The Coles Click&Collect lockers at Melbourne Airport are the first outside of a Coles or Coles Express location in Australia, and a first for an Australian airport.

If you’ve never used Coles Online before, you can also save $10 on your first order of at least $100 by using the promo code “CLICK10”. This promo code expires on 30 June 2020.
