Redeeming IHG One Rewards points for hotel award nights

You can redeem IHG One Rewards points for hotel nights at any of the above brands. Free nights typically start at 10,000 points/night, depending on the hotel, but as IHG One Rewards now uses dynamic room pricing the number of points required may vary. You can also pay for part of the room rate using points with Points & Cash. See the IHG website for more information.

Points can also be redeemed for merchandise, gift cards, magazine subscriptions or transferred to an airline loyalty program.

Transferring IHG One Rewards points to airline frequent flyer programs

You can transfer IHG Rewards points to 40+ airline programs including Qantas Frequent Flyer, American Airlines AAdvantage, Asiana Club, Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles, Korean Air SKYPASS and Aeroflot Bonus. The redemption rate is typically 10,000 IHG points = 2,000 airline miles. See the full list of airlines on the IHG website.
