Dan Murphy’s Suspends Cashback Offer

wine cellarIN BRIEF | Dan Murphy’s will temporarily stop offering up to 3.5% cashback on online purchases via Cashrewards from today, as the liquor retailer struggles to keep up with demand.

A notice on the Cashrewards website reads:

Effective noon AEDT 20/03/20 until further notice, cashback will be unavailable for purchases at Dan Murphy’s.

Dan Murphy’s is facing fulfilment challenges as a result of Coronavirus and therefore paused activity with Cashrewards to help alleviate demand.

Rest assured this is only temporary, and we’ll have them back very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience & thank you for the ongoing support.

The change takes effect from midday today (AEDT). So if you’re a regular Dan Murphy’s customer, you still have a few hours left to take advantage of the Cashrewards cash back offer!

Meanwhile, car clubs such as RACQ have stopped offering 4% discounts on Coles gift cards.

You can still get 5% off Woolworths gift vouchers via Cashrewards.
