Using Qantas Points
Qantas Points are best redeemed for flights and flight upgrades – but that’s not all they can be used for!
You can also redeem Qantas Points for other parts of your holiday, like accommodation, car rental, travel insurance and train journeys. They can also be put towards purchases from Qantas Wine or the Qantas Marketplace.
When redeeming Qantas Points for flights, you’re not limited to flying with Qantas. In fact, you can tap into a global network of airlines thanks to Qantas being part of the Oneworld Alliance. This means you can redeem Qantas Points to fly with Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, American Airlines, Finnair and others.
Qantas also has a number of non-Oneworld Alliance partner airlines, such as Emirates and KLM, that allow you to redeem Qantas Points. It’s also possible to redeem Qantas Points for movie tickets and gift cards.
