Qantas Business Rewards Deal: Double Points

Qantas Business Rewards Deal: Double Points
Earn 2x QBR points on new flight bookings.

Qantas is currently offering double points to Qantas Business Rewards members for new flight bookings. For a limited time, the airline is also waiving its $89.50 Qantas Business Rewards joining fee.

This Qantas Business Rewards deal is aimed at last-minute bookings. To earn double Qantas points, you’ll need to book a new Qantas domestic or international flight by Friday, 18 January 2019. The deal applies to travel completed up until 28 February 2019.

Register on the Qantas Business Rewards website to take part in this promotion.

To earn double Qantas points, you’ll need to be a Qantas Business Rewards member and enter your business’s ABN at the time of booking. You’ll earn double the Qantas Business Rewards points that your business would normally earn for the flight/s. These points can later be transferred to your (or anyone else’s) personal Qantas Frequent Flyer account at a 1:1 rate.

Note that only flights operated by Qantas and booked on Qantas (081) ticket stock will qualify for this promotion. Codeshare flights operated by partner airlines will not earn double points.

By booking an eligible flight during this promotion, you’ll also go in the draw to win a “Back to Business prize pack”. The prize includes 100,000 Qantas points, 5 Qantas Club memberships and 3 laptop computers. Domestic flight bookings will earn one prize draw entry, while international bookings receive two entries.

Free Qantas Business Rewards membership

Until 18 January 2019, you can also join Qantas Business Rewards for free. Qantas normally charges $89.50 to enrol in the program. Unlike the Qantas Frequent Flyer joining fee (normally $99.50), it’s not generally possible to avoid paying the Qantas Business Rewards joining fee outside of special promotional periods. So if you’ve been considering signing up, now would be a good time!

By the way, if you’re not already a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can also avoid paying the Qantas Frequent Flyer joining fee by signing up using a promotional link.
