What’s your dream flight? This week our members discuss their ideas of the ultimate flying indulgence, be it a flight on the Concorde, a trip in First class or the chance to fly in a private jet!

One member’s dream is to fly in Etihad’s “The Residence”. Residence passengers enjoy a three-room suite containing a bedroom, living room and ensuite, as well as a butler and personal chef! But a flight in “The Residence” does not come cheap, and it’s not possible to redeem points for it.

Another member would simply like to sit in a cockpit jump seat for a flight. But for one frequent flyer, even the sky is no limit; their goal is to fly on a Virgin Galactic spacecraft!

Some members have already been lucky enough to turn their flying dreams into a reality. As a child, one member aspired to one day fly on the upper deck of a Boeing 747. After being told as a six-year-old that they would never be able to afford it, they recently lived their dream and relished every second of the experience.

For some, the opportunity to live their flying dream has sadly passed. The Concorde no longer graces our skies, and it’s no longer possible for passengers to visit the cockpit in-flight. But there is still time for many members to turn their dreams into reality! And depending on the goal, frequent flyer points could go a long way towards reaching it.
