I am getting far too old, but "in my day" when I worked for both TAA and then Qantas in the IT areas, heads would have rolled if we had ever released something like this. I worked on the central software that supported both the release of Taarsan 2 and the cargo system for Qantas and we just didn't go with a new system until we were sure it worked! Sure there are always small problems and bug fixes but this level - shakes her head and reaches for her walking stick.....Our online team is currently working to bring the website back up to full functionality and we expect to have resolution shortly.
