rainbowgirl, wow I thought my multiple emails from them advising completion of tasks was annoying - you take the cake

Mrs QF WP got another task yesterday. Nice to see they have structured it to also be done by smart phone or tablet finally. Was surprisingly long as she answered truthfully about her shopping habits (she left this message, seemed to be the first one to respond). Now they know we don't just shop at WOW.

They're pushing through the tasks at the moment. Another one about Current Affairs (specifically the ACA show about chicken). As we don't watch sensationalised drivel like that it was a bit of a non-event. Mrs QF WP did the task and replied:

Nothing like whipping up a story. Everything has bacteria in it, so careful preparation and cooking will reduce the risks. Woolworths, you are hardly the shining example of a supermarket at the moment (with the improper use of Anzac in that advertising), so I'd be keeping your head down (glass houses and stones ring a bell). I intend to do my protest vote and shop elsewhere. Then maybe you'll realise that some of your customers are smarter than you take us to me. Voting with ones feet is always the best...

Seems those thoughts were echoed amongst the 10 or 15 previous comments.

Shouldn't take long...we're getting bored with this site.

Yes, I just received that survey. I found it rather long and tedious compared to the other surveys they have done. The good thing was that the survey ran on my computer. Most of the surveys they have been sending me lately haven't worked and their technical department haven't explained why even after the reports I have sent them.

Mrs QF WP just got another survey:

She told me it was mostly about her thoughts on the economy, interest rates, etc...something she gladly defers to me :D

I haven't got that one yet. I managed to get the survey on A Current Affair working. There were a few glitches in it and it ran differently to some of the other surveys but I managed to complete it.

I got my $5 apology egift card and used it for my Woolworths shopping last Sunday. There were a couple of other stores I could have used it at but the only one I use on a regular basis is Woolworths.

had technology and shopping tasks. shopping offered $10 off code for $150 woolies on line spend as a reward.. no on line shopping available where we are - great!!

Yes, Mrs QF WP got that one as well:

They actually gave an immediate gift as an incentive to complete:

Receive the code at the end of the survey

The latest survey I received from "At home" was all about proposed changes to the Woolworths loyalty program. It appears that WW are looking at giving customers more rewards instore rather than accumulating points which have to be used as QFF points. There may still be a connection between the two programs based on the previous survey but the survey was mainly focussing on instore features of the program.

Any version of rewards which includes Tasmania would be great (they currently exclude us from everyday rewards and any ability to collect FF points - we get the 'frequent shopper scheme', which is a terrible scheme due to its poor earn rates).

I've been thinking more about the recent loyalty survey. The survey talked about the concept of Woolworths dollars rather than Woolworths points, like the previous survey mentioned. Perhaps they have had a change of mind about how they are going to reward people. If they eliminate the points all together then they might be proposing moving away from QFF. I have no idea how many of these proposals will go through. We won't really know anything until the final plan is released.

I deleted the email today regarding the poll on the site today. Too much one way traffic - us giving and them taking.

I've been watching this thread with interest to see what info WW are collecting. Will be interesting to see what comes of it in relation to QF/WW points.

Not sure that any of us are telling them the whole truth - why let the truth get in the way of a good story :D ;)

I made this comment in June 2015 after completing the second survey about proposed changes to Everyday Rewards. The first survey was January 2015. It looks like they went with the "Woolworths dollars" idea from the second survey and it looks like my theory about QFF is happening as well.

I've given up on At Home and it is a great feeling. Hadn't responded to the questionnaires in weeks as just too busy

I wasn't even aware this thread existed! I was part of the original survey site which commenced in around April/May 2014 - think it was called "Shoppers Corner" or something similar, and then changed to "At Home Community" in about December. I enjoy doing surveys and the chance to win one of the $20 gift cards each month was a nice little incentive - however this year it definitely became more and more (as QF WP said) very much one-way traffic with them doing nothing but taking and us getting little or nothing out of it. Despite constant participation in discussion forums, and the ever more time-consuming and increasingly tedious surveys and "tasks", the one and only gift card I "won" all the way back in May 2014 wasn't much of an incentive to keep going either. I'm about to unsubscribe from it as well, just can't be bothered with it any more.

I was a member in the Shoppers Corner days. I didn't get any gift cards from that site but I've won two $20 cards with At Home plus a $5 apology gift card when they sent 300 emails in one day to me.

One of the recent surveys I did with "At home" was on a possible promotion that Woolworths Rewards might end up running. It involved getting Woolworths Dollars for transactions involving a certain amount of any fruit and vegetables. I have no idea whether this will be a targeted offer or a general feature of the program. It should be useful for customers who buy most of their fruit and vegetables from Woolworths and might make customers feel they are being rewarded for everyday items rather than specific products with the orange tickets.

I did that survey as well - it would certainly be a more attractive option for many people if you could earn on all fruit and veg, as long as the regular price isn't increased to compensate! ( I didn't end up unsubscribing after all, as I ended up - finally - winning a $50 gift card, so I thought I'd stick with it a little bit longer LOL)
