I got the survey about the credit card surcharge a week or so ago.

I got the drinks survey yesterday but it wouldn't run properly on my computer so I couldn't even get the entry into the draw for accepting the invitation but not being eligible for the survey.

Enrolled and have done a couple of surveys but they tend to be really weird and some surveys don't make a lot of sense. Not sure if we all get the same surveys.

I'm having trouble with the "At home" website at the moment. They've changed some of the web settings needed to do the surveys and it won't work on our system any more. I also tried to change my password which would make it easier for me to log on using the computers at the local library but the system glitch was also affecting this feature. I have no idea what the topic of the "new survey" is but I'd like to complete it so I can get my views across.

Was about buying "return to school" stuff for kids (stationery, clothes etc). My wife's comment:

Wo, that was significantly longer than 15 minutes - I lost interest in answering the same questions for reach retailer. Annoying that it didn't work on tablet and glad I went to laptop. Worse was that some questions required us to press "next" yet others automatically transferred to next question. Don't understand why the questionnaire hugs the bottom of the page and scrolling needs to be done up - anchor it to the middle of the page for a one-view approach. Cluncky!

Okay, I wondered whether it was a back to school survey. Someone on wall page also complained that the survey was too long compared to the time indicated on the introduction email. I was thinking of completing the survey at the library this afternoon but I don't think I will now. I hope they resolve some of their survey issues. The scrolling issue seems to be a common problem with the surveys at the moment as I've seen a couple of complaints about that. Thanks for the information.

The pity is that I like stationery and would have enjoyed doing the survey provided it ran properly and didn't have the problems already mentioned.

like i said previously - weird surveys. much much longer than expected and the actual set up of the pages varies

I finally clicked that unsubscribe button and opted out. The constant emails for surveys, and reminders when I hadn't completed them immediately were just too much :p

Hot out of the email inbox:

Note the catch however - no iPhone or iPad availability for responding.

And it is about Jamie Oliver wines.
I might get booted off describing it as pretentious, cheap and nasty and merely an attempt to cash in on a name.

I got invited to the new drinks survey. Once again I couldn't do the survey. It appears that any survey where it says it must be completed on a desktop or laptop computer won't work on my desktop computer. I'm guessing out network has banned whatever software the survey needs and the equivalent software is also unable to run on smartphone or other portable devices.

When I went to the new drinks survey I got that message and there was no indication of how to start the survey.went to the home page and came back and this time a next button came up though I had to scroll down to see it.
Thinking there isn't much point to this whole deal for me.

I've had that problem before as well drron. Sometimes one wonders who employs these clever people :p ;)

Mrs QF WP completed the drinks survey this morning and whilst she loves Jamie Oliver, I don't think she's keen to try his wines. She knows that I'll choose a good wine for her if she wants one. She knows the quaffers comes from the wine rack (reds) and fridge (whites) ;)

Mrs QF WP got this email yesterday afternoon - strangely it's about how she participated in St Patricks Day. That was an easy answer for her.

There is also a poll about Australian TV that was put up yesterday. As expected, 50% already have ticked "too many adverts". We don't care about adverts - for taped shows on IQ, we fast forward and for live, we do jobs during the ads.
