I got the celebration survey as well but once again I couldn't complete it. I would have enjoyed the survey as I love St Patrick's day.

I havn't responded to any email in a month ... i guess i should get around to unsubscribing sooner rather than later. ..

To do so you essentially lose all access, but if you're not completing the surveys and thus not seeing the rewards, it does stop a lot of reminder spammy emails :p

What rewards?

I completed quite a few and received nothing!

I don't think there is a points system yet with the surveys but you get entries into a draw for each survey you attempt. I've won a $20 Wish card so far.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

i've done a most ofthe surveys to date. St Pat's day survey was weird like some of their other ones.

Mrs QF WP has done her survey and commented:

Having our youngest child at Prep, I thought that I'd get kicked out of the survey with that answer. I'm already out of the "baby" purchasing treadmill (as none of our friends are still having children). A lot of blank looks at the questions and "I cannot recall". Not a lot of useful data for them...

Seems to be a popular comment, as a number of other mums said similar.

"At Home" have finally lost the plot. Mrs QF WP did the Childrens Survey on Friday morning (see above post) - normally the email comes through within 10 mins, however for this task it has taken them 120 hours:

From: At home [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: Wednesday, 25 March 2015 10:09 AM
To: Mrs QF WP
Subject: Thank you for completing a task

Hi MrsQFWP,

Thank you for completing the Task, Children Survey

Yet 3 minutes later, they send this email:

From: At home [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: Wednesday, 25 March 2015 10:12 AM
To: Mrs QF WP
Subject: Task reminder

Hi MrsQFWP,

We notice that you haven't had a chance to complete the task At home - Children Survey. There's still time! We'd really appreciate your feedback on this

So, the survey she completed 120 hours ago....what was that?? A figment of our imagination :evil::p

She's giving up - and sent them some feedback ;) in response:

At Home Crew,

If you are going to send me a reminder email that I haven’t had a chance to complete a task (see your email at bottom of email), then why would you send me an email 4 minutes prior to this one saying I had already completed the task

Your IT really needs a good shake up. A lot of people I know are unsubscribing because it really is only one way information flow and your surveys are poorly executed and take too long.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. Really is very boring site with no ongoing engagement - once a week just doesn't cut it and a measly $20 voucher to win weekly.

Got a response this afternoon:

Hi MrsQFWP,

We did have a bit of an issue where a bunch of reminder emails decided they would stay behind at our end and release themselves at a later date, meaning that older emails got sent ahead of new ones!

Never fear though, we have had this fixed and it shouldn’t happen again.

Thanks

Daniel

Mrs QF WP got this email yesterday and clicked the link, with the question being:

Do you want to be involved in a discussion forum on Easter confectionery"

Being thoroughly over the obtrusive emails, she responded "no".

End of survey :D

We haven't had any internet access for a week due to technical issues with our new NBN connection. Today the emails from all week starting coming through. I discovered I had over 300 emails from "At home". Nearly all of them were copies of the same information. The emails would have started arriving Friday night and then every two minutes well into Saturday morning. I received an email with today's date apologising for the technical problem and offering me a $5 egift card as compensation. I haven't received the gift card yet but it should arrive in the next couple of days. I'm guessing it's a Wish card as the site is owned by Woolworths.
