That reminds me. A while ago I asked a TPAC CSM what they had for me in the iPad profile. First response was 'Oh, no (smile) privacy' .. but he opened up for me.
Somewhat disappointingly, there was almost nothing beyond my status, my current itinerary and that customer-value number thing (it was something like 7.3). It didn't have my EpiQure membership, nor my one and only major service issue in the past 5 years (major baggage snafu, about 2 years back, escalated to state management).
I offered some details like my favourite drink and wine preferences but he declined, saying 'if we put everything in about everyone, the thing would overload'. I thought that a very curious response; maybe there was a secret code there saying "Qantas critic in AFF - give up"
I do keep a low profile business wise, but my QFF profile is reasonably detailed ...
