When trying to book the log in screen pops up but then tells you that the wrong pin number is entered.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

This gets worse and worse. Login attempt now spawns a new pop up window with check boxes to choose between frequent flyer and business direct logins, but no button to proceed further.

You can progress further if you select the Business Direct option, but it wont take you to the QFF page.

I had trouble on the mobile but not on the iPad.

I hope you're able to get through on the phone soon! Very frustrating indeed. :(

Still haven't had call back from Qantas after 2 hours so rang again and asked for another call back. In the meantime managed to log in and after much stress (logged out once) made 2 separate bookings for my wife and I on my account. I still have 2 problems though. I cant book seats together and the points for one of the bookings haven't been taken. The bookings are both in my account and show as taken in my activity statement but the total points remaining is too high.

can't get in on iPad. At least things have progressed. last night I could click on the login box on the home page and fill in all the details and press submit and it just took me back to the home page. Now when I click on the login box, it tells me the FF site is temporarily unavailable. Not sure I would call 12 hours temporary. When I worked for TAA in the 70s as a programmer, heads would have rolled if anything was down for even 3 hours.

Don't worry about the total points remaining. It is perfectly normal for this to remain unchanged for some time after you make an award booking.
Probably nothing to do with the website problems.

Have you been able to make the 2 separate bookings though? If so, I think that's a success! Hopefully you'll get through to QF eventually and they'll be able to confirm that the seats have been booked. I have heard of wait times of up to 4 hours, so the delay unfortunately is not unusual.

Yes have received E-Ticket Itinerary & Receipt for both bookings.

I have set the slow cooker for 8 hours with a nice big silverside in it. It might be a race to see if I get a call back before the meat is done

The problem started overnight around midnight. What happened at that time . . . . oh yea, the new fee structure for debit/credit cards with the capped amounts . . . . . I wonder?

Just worth noting that the OP for this thread is 12 months old - so maybe no one is being rude. As someone said maybe its just a September thing....

My bad, I removed it. It will still quite a rude message though!

I've noticed that the displayed balance doesn't update until I log out and in again. I guess that balance is determined when you first log in and isn't updated while logged in.
