OATEK

An inveterate traveller, at least as much as the budget permits. Took my first flight in 1955 on a Viscount, and have flown in all sorts of planes from two-seat Rockwell Commander to the A380. Have very fond memories of low level flying in DC3s to Port Macquarie in my youth. The most intensive period of travelling was 1980s-mid 1990s when I was on a plane every second week, so not as much as some, but hectic enough. These days only around 6-10 trips in Australia each year, and at least one foray overseas.
