No, I use Firefox and I had the problem all morning.
It is working now, however.

I was trying to check some award seats at 10am, got the name/pin/mismatch message and rang QFF. I was told it was their end and to try after 1pm. This morning I couldn't log in using Firefox, chrome or gasp! Edge. It's now working ok and there are no J award seats for when I'm looking (of course).
 
I've been advised that the issues have now been resolved. Please let me know if this isn't your experience.

That issue seems to have been resolved.
However, while I have your attention Red Roo, the multi city booking page hasn't been loading properly in Firefox for some time.
The From and To boxes load but the departure date boxes don't.
This makes the whole thing unworkable.
I mentioned this to your representative on Twitter yesterday.
 
Not sure if anyone is having the same issue as me. I can log in to my frequent flyer account with no problem and I can search for an award flight. But when I click on the date that an award flight is available and click on continue, it doesn't go on to the next page to allow me to book.
 
Is anyone having problem with the seat selection option? Had this problem since yesterday.

When I clicked the 'change seat' option my first flight segment seat map would appear. However, when I clicked the 'next' button, I was unable to move on to my next flight segment.

Is this an isolated problem? Tried with both Firefox and Chrome and was met with the same problem.

Yep. Seat selection seems to have been broken since yesterday.

I am unable to login to the QFF website tonight. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Edit: Have given up trying to login. Off to bed now. Will check again in the morning.

Me too - hoping it is just some late night maintenance, but a message would be good....

Tried to check after booking a CHC - SYD J flight earlier on in the day, and now I have a hard time in logging in.
Grr, when QFF are good, things run like clockwork, when it goes ba**s up, it crashes in a big way.
Who knows their PNR alphanumeric number of their booking off the top of their head?

Not off the top of my head but gift vouchers kept in Notepad document and also any residual gift vouchers.

Luckily able to get into booking and secure 4D for Saturday morning. Forgot to check at T-80 hours.

The iOS app is still working.
 
If you go in under the FF tab and click on account it at least comes up with a message saying Frequent flyer site temporarily unavailable. I was using the login at the top of the home page which just did nothing....so off to sleep and try in the morning, when I am sure it will be fine.
 
No doubt the upaid IT interns who maintain their website only turn up from 9 to 5.
