I finally got a message back saying I will receive them thankful. You should be all good if you were approved before may 2ndOh man! Same boat here, I was pretty sure it was not 24 months when I applied. Will need to call up tomorrow, as I didn't get the points either and thought it was a few weeks' delay.

Hi @Preston, I'm in a similar situation - my card was approved on 10th April and in my latest statement (which ticked me over the required spend) - no bonus points. The online chat told me that I need to wait three months after which they can assess my request (as "it generally takes up to 3 months for the reward points to be allocated"). Is this the same as your experience - how did you get over the 3 month delay?I finally got a message back saying I will receive them thankful.
