Have domestic flights coming up and Qantas sent email offering access to the upgraded domestic club lounge in Brisbane for $39PP. Can anyone advise if this is worth it ie does it still have the overcrowding issues it apparently had in the past, what is the food/drink like?

Turns out a pass was not needed today (business upgrade) and will just expire at end of this month .... unless you let me know quick smart & I can give it to you.
