Missing flybuys points

Hi, I recently activated a bonus flybuy points offer if we spend $30 or more on pet food. We did this but haven't been rewarded with the 2000 points. We made the purchase in the correct time frame
 
How long since you made the spend? I've found the FB bonuses can sometimes take a couple of days to reflect in the account. Have the regular amount of points from the shop posted?
 
From what I've seen elsewhere, lots of people have not got points for this promotion. I'd.suggest contacting them

You have two solutions:

1) Call Flybuys and spend hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. It's also likely that you'll need to follow up on the first phone call because they wont solve the problem the first time.

2) Let it slide.

I made the purchase on the 13th April. Regular points plus 2 of my other offers showed, not the 3rd being the pet food one.

I've too had several occasions when Flybuys points have not credited and agree that their systems are below par.

I resort to a 3rd option. Rather than spend an eternity on the phone, I email them the issues. That however often does require follow up (which takes little time) but eventually yields a result.

I have found they are generally pretty responsive by Facebook, however it’s been a while since I’ve not had a offer post (touch wood)

I tried Facebook first and did not have a good experience, contrasting with others that have been successful

Hi I have done shopping for $70 plus every week and was suppose to get the 10,000 bonus points but haven't got that, just the purchase has been added to my account but the 10000 bonus points have not been added.

It can take a few days to post. I'm waiting for my 10,0000 points too.

If they don't arrive within a couple of days from now, give them a ring.

It didn't come out in my receipt as well that congratulations for 10,000 bonus points so I'm wondering what's wrong, the receipts from Week 1 to Week 3, mentioned that I'm one step closer to getting the 10,000 bonus points but yesterday nothing like that was mentioned.

On 19 March I received an email offering 5200 bonus points on condition that I spend $130 at Coles in one shop between 20 March and 23 March, which my Flybuys account shows that I did, on 23 March.

Then on 26 March I received another email also offering 5200 bonus pts on condition that I spend $130 at Coles in one shop between 27 March and 30 March, which my Flybuys accounts shows I satisfied on 29 March.

I have only received one lot of bonus points (on 29 March).

Can this please be investigated.

Oh so we both did our shopping yesterday, hopefully the points come in soon. My online account just shows the purchase of $80.00 thats it and not the about the bonus points, so hopefully it comes in soon.
