Missing flybuys points

Oh so we both did our shopping yesterday, hopefully the points come in soon. My online account just shows the purchase of $80.00 thats it and not the about the bonus points, so hopefully it comes in soon.
Have your 10,000 bonus points posted yet? Mine haven't.

If not, perhaps we could ask @flybuys to follow it up for us, as it may point to some sort of systemic issue.

Yes, same with me, yesterday. I did wonder, but still expect the points to post. If not, there will be quite a few people who will complain.
Likewise, completed a 4 week, 10,000 point shop on Tuesday this week. Original email offer said points will be loaded 'after qualifying shop in week 4', but how long after, does this happen.

As a data point, I completed a 4 week offer for 10k points on Tuesday and were credited the next day, but as Flybuys mentioned it did not impact all, so I guess I'm fortunate, can't advise why though.

We're aware of an issue impacting some members receiving their 10,000 points for the last 4-week promotion. We are rectifying this and expect point to be added to accounts over the next day or so.
The missing 10,000 points were credited yesterday. Many thanks for all your help.

I imagine that without it, it could have been quite a frustrating and drawn out struggle to get our points credited.

How long should it take for Target to credit bonus points? Been waiting to see roughly 650 bonus points for a month now. Not sure why it would take so long other than the Flybuys systems are not linked up and there is some sort of manual processing going on.

Woolworths Rewards bonus points for Big W are credited very quickly, usually in a few days.

4 weeks after the end of the offer, it’s generally in the T&C’s of the offer for any non-coles bonus offers

Just wondering what's been causing these issues lately? Not just my account, but my parent's account too with spend $x get x bonus points offers not crediting.

Yeah it's not good. Woolworths Reward bonus points are credited rather quickly, even from the likes of Big W. I'm still waiting for my Target bonus points which were earned over a month ago.

To me it appears that the Flybuys systems from all of the stores using the program are not automatically linked.

Yes, quite possibly, but I was pleased to see my 2,000 bonus points from a 1st Choice online purchase posted the following day.

Standard points from Coles Supermarkets, Kmart, Coles Express, Target, Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market are usually credited within one or two days of the transaction. Bonus points for most Coles Supermarkets and Coles Express promotions are also credited within 1-2 days of the transaction, and increasingly most Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market bonus point promotions should be credited in this time frame. Bonus points for Kmart and Target promotions are usually credited within 4 weeks of the end of the promotion. Flybuys is dependent on the relevant systems within each retailer.

So what would be the cause of the bonus points of those 'spend $x get x bonus points' offers from Coles not crediting?

The pattern seems to be that one lot of back to back offers is always missing. Those back to back offers would run from Wed to Fri, and then from Sat to Tues.

Yes, that's also been my experience.

I contacted the call centre by email, and was told that the bonus points had posted (which they had for one of the two promos).

I couldn't be bothered to chase it up further at the time (perhaps I should have), thinking well, I might have misinterpreted what was going on. But, now it seems I missed out on 2,000 points.

Aarrgghh another case of the back to back offer not crediting. The first lot of 2800 points on $70 spend came through but for the second lot, only the standard points came through.

Having recently signed up to FB for the first time 3 of 4 bonuses have not shown up. The call centre advised to wait 1-2 weeks while they investigate. No way will I continue using FB if I have to chase up and keep track of bonus points - normal activity is crediting right away no issue but no sign of bonus points.

As a new user it feels very scammy - all promise no reward.

I already completed the first (24 May) and second (6 June) buys, which are all in the period of limitation. However, I don't see the activity listing in my activated offers now.
