Missing flybuys points

We're really disappointed to hear of your sons experience. If you can send your member number via private message and just some brief details on the points you're missing, we'll investigate this for you.
My son transferred 13,000 fb to velocity in November. (No points arrived at velocity) I contacted f but they wouldn’t talk to me. He sent a message through messenger but has heard nothing (he lives in the US) velocity responded by saying it was a flybuy issue

Liquorland consistently fails to post points, either you get them after a few days or not at all. I've now waited the 4 weeks as per TandC and still missing a 40x offer.

FB needs a dedicated missing points process/form, which is not hard to implement.

It is not only LL, FCL are horribly bad also. Wait times are horrendous for the dial up and email always gives an automated response straight away and in most instances never come back unless you follow up

You have to be very vigilant on remembering what is outstanding and for say 2k FB points I'm almost certain Flybuys banks on the fact a lot of people forget. I'm certain I've got a few I've lost as it is so time consuming.

Further, their (in my opinion either deceptive or conveniently operational - probably the same thing) tactics now are to prolong the fatigue factor and ask for far more than is needed. i.e They ask for pdf of receipt, DOB which they have on their system when already provided FB number, details of purchase and we start the cycle all over again (10 business days blah...)

And now their latest tactic is when they do reply after a number of follow ups abrogating to another department (with another 10 business days blah)....who then never reply and further follow ups required.

@flybuys, I've said it many times, your service is either very good or horribly bad, ebbing towards the latter now.

My advice to anybody expecting FB points by deliberately chasing promotions is to keep a record of purchase and follow ups.

Completyey agree @GSP. I estimate that around 15% of the time I need to follow up to ensure that the points that should have credited are actually awarded. A 2 week turn around for them to get back to me is the norm.

Not missing points, but I'm now -1394 points after a cashier offered me the $10.00 discount. Looks like I didn't have the points for it but was offered anyway.

Once again. missing points. Three offers at 300 points each. Bought one of each in the same shop and only two lots of points landed. I figured I'd wait until the end of the offer period to see if they'd arrive (the offer didn't have the usual "points arrive after 4 weeks") but no. Such a shambles @flybuys

Got a reply after 10 business days telling me that the points were awarded the day after the purchase and to look in my FB account
Points are still missing. Reading comprehension doesnt seem to be great over at FB.

Just had a 20x liquor booster on Coles just give me 19 bonus points, not 19x bonus points. Email sent re the missing 1216 points. Sigh...

(Also missing a second lot of bonus points from two 10x boosters applying to the same transaction - not in the T&C timeframe, but figured I may as well try and kill two birds with one stone...)

I made a purchase on 30th Oct 2022 at First Choice Liquor online by following the email with bonus 3000 points of selected products, But now over 4 weeks, I haven't seen the bonus points been added to my flybuy account yet.
I made another purchase on 28th Nov at First Choice Liquor online again, this time I got the 2000 bonus points but no standard points for the purchasing. Why flybuy has so many mistakes on points posting?
Have sent email on 28th Nov 2022 but no response at all except an auto reply. Compare to Woolworths rewards, flybuy is really frustrating for claiming points.
