I see Virgin Money doesn’t currently offer these cards (and not sure they are coming back), looks possible they are in wind down mode so unsurprising if the product isn’t getting much attention!

I had multiple calls with Virgin this was the timeline
- first 40k paid instantly on first statement
- second 40k earned in 2nd statement (nov)
- points transferred January 2nd
- system issues apparently from the migration last year
- paid in march statement

Been like that since the platform migration in November which was a complete disaster.

Except by looking at your Velocity points on their App, is there anyway to see how many points you earn via the Virgin Money card? Especially if you earn some via Virgin flights etc. I cannot see them on the monthly statement anymore or find them on the web or the Money App.

Seems like the product is just cruising without offering service anymore. I just hope they pay me the extra points after 12 months. As a retiree, applying for points earning cards becomes much harder.

The VM app will not show points earning nor on your statements.
It’s pretty opaque.
