Does this play nicely with the double points offer ?

After today the Stay x Nights Get x Points promotion expires on my offer status page. Can I now use another Stay x... offer from Oct which would still be valid with the double points and code 2703 offers ?

Goal is to get 500,000 points by e.2010 ;)

Keep in mind the double is only base points, here is a one nighter I did last week:

Qualifying Stay 1564 pts
platinum bonus 782 pts
1,000 bonus points for 60 days 1000pts
double points/miles '10 1564pts
stay 7 nights, get 10,000 10000 pts

I registered for the above promotion (promotion code 3842). But the comfirmation email said it was "NEW MEMBER BONUS"?
