I could not see that anyone had started a thread for 2010 so here goes.

From the link this offer is not a targeted and so is an easy earner for all.

Double Points

Now Everywhere Can Take You Somewhere

Start turning the stays you need to make into ones you would love to take. Just register and stay at any of our over 4,400 locations from 14 May until 31 August 2010 and earn Double Points starting with your 2nd stay.

Thanks Bill. Good idea. It's a shame the FT equivalent is in such a mess at the moment. There is no clear statement there of what is valid and what's not and there is so much debris you need to sort your way through. There is probably a good argument for this board to have a properly maintained thread.

Only word of advice is to be careful what you register for as registering for some can exclude others.

PRIORITY CLUB BONUS OFFER

Code: 9079

Registered in my account as the following:

Earn 3,000 bonus points for your next stay – simply stay with us in the next 90 days at your choice of over 4,400 hotels worldwide!

26 Apr 2010 to 25 Jul 2010

This comes from the Priority Club Private Community and appears to be open to all. I suspect it's a piece of viral marketing. It does not apply to: stays at ICs, stays of less than 3 nights duration or stays after 31 May. It appears to be additional to any other code. Despite its restrictions it should be lucrative if your stay fits the criteria.

Triple Points for Each Three Night Stay or Longer

To begin enjoying triple points, all you need is the code below and to register at www.priorityclubrewards.com/triplepoints. You'll receive triple Priority Club Rewards points for each three night stay or longer through May 31, 2010 - at any of IHG's hotels around the world!*

For instance, you would typically receive 3,000 Priority Club bonus points if you spent $300 (10 points per $1) for a three night stay at an IHG hotel worldwide. By registering for this promotion using the code below, you would earn 9,000 Priority Club bonus points for the same $300 stay through May 31, 2010!

Just think, this is in addition to any other valid offer you may be registered for during the same time period!

* Terms and Conditions:

· This offer is not valid at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

· Member must be registered to earn PCR points, miles earners must change their earning preference in order to take advantage of this offer.

· Member is eligible for triple points on each three night (or longer) stays. A stay is qualified when paying Qualifying Room Rates, which include most business and leisure rates.

No but i have registered for that.. I am staying at the Crowne Plaza as we speak, hopefully it posts!

The FT threads are a good example of big headed mod madness IMHO, the changes in the last year have made information hard to find and I am pretty sure Radioman has given up which is a pity, instead of one thread that had a summary at the start of current codes and discussion, we now have two threads that seem to be all over the place!

I find by contrast the mods here have a very sensible approach and act in the best interests of the community, not their ego!

That is real funny. I thought I was special when I received an offer of 3,000 bonus points on my next stay.

I was thinking about staying at one of the PC properties in the next 3 months but now they can happily keep their 3,000 bonus points.

OK. Somebody please help me here. PLEASE

What is the address to register for promos :?: I have it saved on my home PC and can't find it now as I'm travelling.

Why would you change your mind, PC offers stack, so there is no reason why you cannot earn 10-15K per stay even as a single night, that translates into 2-3 pointsbreak nights.

Pointbreak nights? Are they readily available? ;)

I guess you are right although I don't remember ever earning that much for a 1 night stay except when the double or triple point promotions was on and I managed to get a couple of signon and welcome bonuses.

I am probably just going through a phase where hotel loyalty programs mean little to me as I travel alone and the money I save on accommodation is worth a lot more than the points I would receive for free nights.

JohnK
, are you saying they don't give points for sleeping on park benches?:D

For most of us it's a way of value adding on to travel that we would otherwise do. With some concentrated and judicious planning you can make it pay well. But of course it would be cheaper not to travel or stay in substantially cheaper places that don't pay points. It's not something i would want to do however.
