Hello, after much searching and planning, I thought I finally found a route that works and has availability. But I'm seeing the attached error after inputting passenger details (before payment screen). Has this happened to anyone else here? Just wondering if it's worth trying via the call centre or if this means I should give up on that route.
The route is:
BNE -> MNL (stopover) -> HND -> (surface segment to HKG) -> HKG -> ORD -> ORD -> YVR -> (surface segment to Manila) -> MNL -> BNE
5 flights searched via multi-city, everything shows availability. It's business class, I have enough points, and have just two surface segments so I think rules-wise it's ok.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
