Nice wines I have drunk recently - Red or White

Not sure about this wine at all - found it in my quaffing rack. Don't remember where I bought it - perhaps a Virgin Wine case.

Just a lazy Monday night in Chicago...

Quite decent drinking. Tasted a lot like the 2004 but with a more developed flavour (and colour). Not bad for something found lurking in the pantry

Mr Up (and friend) had the 2010 St Henri last night with dinner.. They were very happy :)
I had NV Billicart... just for something different :p

comments? Should be drinking well now?

Great martinborough vineyard to visit with good tasting rooms and nice restaurant.

The Murdock James pinot wasn't a wine I was familiar with. Was recommended by my local VC merchant and at $30 I thought worth a punt. Enjoyed the first and went back and bought the remaining stock of 6.

Rich dark colour. Wet earth/barnyard nose which I enjoyed. Elegant spice yet beefy ripe fruit and fine balanced tannins.

How was the St Henri? I have one hiding in the cupboard.

I managed to be in the vicinity of the Magill Estate cellar door while in ADL this week :o and noticed they are still selling the 2010 St Henri - (I think) it was $110 less 15% for members
