Nice wines I have drunk recently - Red or White

its very frustrating - photos used to post the right way up for me in the old App - the new app won't upload for me
You need to take photos horizontal or, edit the photo in photos and do a small r size then rotate to corr ct orientation. Or bugger it and have another glass.;)

Taking the photo horizontally makes no difference, it posts in whichever orientation it desires.

on my third glass :D

I'm sure I could do all those things and get it to work - but why, I have never had to in the past.

im enjoying a SV Glenlofty tonight - as Beefarmer says ~ stunning :)

Way to go, BC and Steady. ;)

Would send supporting wine pics but limited to hot spot on phone atm. Blood bank collection van at end of our street decided to move the mobile collection centre 2 meters away from high voltage power transformer at 12:30 pm and truck driver managed to snag the internet cables and bring power lines down on truck and van. And, AND, this is Friday night so bugger all chance of Telstra getting techs to get their act together over the w/e. Sheesh. How many brain cells does it take to drive the truck that carries the Blood Bank collection van...

Way to go, BC! Excellent. More bookings (and glasses ) tonight? ;)

Just turned up the a/c to 21.5 so I think I'll try some more of the Seppelsfield Tawny Port from the Epicure deal, after I finish the Curly Flat Chardonnay, in front of the cricket.

Not quite yet. Need the seats to be released first ;)

Okay, we decided to open this one instead of the Rockfords. Wow, it is spectacular - I smelt talcum powder and vanilla at first, very smooth and modest tannins. A bit peppery after the first mouthful. Apparently this is all the rage in Sydney at the moment

Hopefully I have got the new App to finally allow me to post the photos of the Tempranillo I drank last weekend:

Wine Options Club Annual Dinner last night at Moda in Brisbane. All the whites where terrific. Encountered cork issues with a few of the Burgundies. The Edelstone easily has another 10 years in it but was eminently glugable.

A couple of nice wines I have enjoyed recently
The Bella was given to me as a gift from an AFFer up that way, it's absolutely delicious. Even though the label says Hunter, some of the fruit comes from Orange and Wrattonbully SA.
