Seems like from our experiences, the bonus points are awarded a full statement after the minimum spend criteria is met and the cashback is awarded the statement after.
ie. Minimum spend criteria met in between 1st and 2nd statement - bonus points awarded at the 3rd statement (other cards will generally award it at the 2nd) and cashback at the 4th.
I guess it's still all within the promised "up to 3 months" after the minimum spend is met.
The anniversary points though is slightly better (in theory), "An additional xx,xx_ bonus Qantas Points will be awarded when you continue to hold your card for 12 months, credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Account within the 13th month."
I'll be holding onto my current Premium card until I get the anniversary points. For just the annual fee of $295, it's better than other cards where you need another $4k+ spend to get the 2nd years' worth of points.
