Edit: where is the venue exactly? I'll be staying in Moonee ponds
The venue is just off St.Kilda road, a little before the Shrine of Remembrance as you come south from the CBD.

Sadly, living is the sticks, I don't have any realistic public transport options (no station, no train tracks even) so will look to a future time.

Serfty get to Parkdale and you can DiDi in and out with me - I gotta pay anyway so freebie for you
It's the bit beyond Parkdale + getting up 5am for the next day ... currently driving to Hampton then train for work, ok at 5:30am but 5:30pm with Charmain road and Balcome roads closed traffic is a nightmare getting through Mordialloc! :(

An interesting thread. I assume CE that you will not be travelling to China on 16 February now, hence the prospect of a dinner at Olive Tree on 19 February beckons favourably.
I note attendance criteria for attending. I'm sure I can meet them, although the prospect of carrying a colour photo of Trump in my wallet may haunt me for the rest of the year.
I presume another requirement is to bring a bottle of red wine also.
Mark me down as attending please.

Yep China on 16th as good as a dead duck - I’ll wait til Fri 14th to cancel everything - miracles do happen don’t they? Well the good book says they do!

I'll post a pic when I'm in His Presence..
You letting the team down by not attending Rooey - again it’s been too long mate

Re that pic Rooey - make sure we get a ‘genuine’ copy - hear tell the great one is somewhat reckless in posting ‘photoshopped’ images of himself and claiming authenticity.

Rooey over in that other thread I tipped Mr Orange Hair would be out kissing babies next - don’t turn up in a nappy expecting him to oblige mate 👍
