It's surely a joke, no restaurants in any middle east stopover locations, even Europe looking pretty slim. I think the US program has better restaurants?

Are AMEXs in each country run separately? Surely some global coordination is warranted.

Yeah it's not the best range! I don't believe they are continuing the benefit next year though.

It was supposed to end in 2024 but was extended to 2025. I've posted this in another thread already but I expect it continue next year, they're still adding restaurants to the list...

If they get rid of the dining rebate, the card obvioulsy becomes less attractive. The $400 dining program right now helps to retain cardmembers I would have thought.

I expect it's more so the restaurants pulling out
