I know there are a few FT people hanging around this board, so I ask is it just me, or is FT dead today?

Nope, working fine here.

Have seen random issues today with both AFF and FT.

Believe it is related to some issues at my ISP. Cannot really pin it down though.

I have been experiencing problems connecting with the AFF and FT website for the past hour or so, but both have now just come back on line. Had no problems opening any other program.

I had no trouble yesterday connecting to both, however today I had trouble this afternoon connecting to AFF. No trouble at all with FT though.

Well, for some bizarre reason my post in reply to the question appears BEFORE the question.

Go figure - my guess is the problem lies with AFF, not FT!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

Must just be me - and one or two other people. Suppose an ISP issue then

shillard, stop messing about with that time machine.

(Damn Masons with their super secret techologies.)

For the record, I'm finding the same thing as oz_mark - the "www" doesn't work but the "web2" does.

When I posted my original message on this thread, I distinctly remember shillard's post being directly above mine...

Then when I next logged in a couple of hours later, I see that post at the top and his next (second) post with the quizzical response (what happened to my post?) only a couple of minutes after my post.

I thought it was just the gremlins at work....the thread page still shows Oz-mark as the originator...now had tha changed, I really would have freaked

shillard, what happes when you go and edit that post, I wonder????

Had intermittent troubles myself with FT yesterday at AKL J lounge. Other sites seemed fine. Gave up and went and had a beer. :)

Still extremely slow however...

It's world wide; check this thread on FT (If you have the patience).

Seems to be well and truly fried at the moment. All I can get is

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.

FT is down at the moment and will be for a while.

There was a message this morning about it being down today at some time due to trying to fix searching problems.

Didn't read the notice fully.

I'm having trouble this morning logging into FT from home on my wifi broadband connection.

Will try from work and see if it's working from there.

the site is till having problems, its not just you.

Think FT has been overloaded with the Expedia debacle.

Im having withdrawals not knowing today’s episode of "Expedia cancelled my prepaid confirmed booking" fiasco.
