Hilton Honors Site driving me mad

Anyone else having problems checking their activity etc with Hilton Honors? I seem to have got in once in about the last 50 attempts
 
For a limited session, try www.hiltonfamily.com and "sign in".

This worked for me 100% for about a week around Anzac Day but currently, I only get a limited "My Travel Planner" session.

This is characterised by the following after 'signing in':

Welcome back, <serfty first name>
HHonors Gold VIP #<number>
Current Point Balance: <point bal>

The My Way tab does not appear, not does it show your "Number of Qualifying Stays".

I can make/change bookings etc. I get an error whenever I try some tabs that do appear: "HHonors Activity", "My Email Subscriptions" & "My Profile".

Here is a typical message, received after clicking on the "My Profile" tab:

"An error occurred while processing your request.

I can tell when I have full access or not, by the presence of the "My Way" tab and the "Number of Qualifying Stays". I saw these early last week when it was working, but no luck at all this week.

I have emailed HHonors in regard to this.
 
I have experienced the symptoms described by serfty in the recent past. However, just checking now it is all working fine for me.
 
No problem at all from NZ even when it seemed to be down for Australia.
 
The website hasn't worked for me for the last month. Very frustrating.

I have had no issued using the HH site in the last month, and I have used it quite a bit in the last week while planning my next trip.
 
It has been busted the last couple of days for me as well. Got an email offering 500 points to customise my Hilton Email. The link just gives errors. The error I get is a slight change of pace though:

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

What part is broken for you? I just checked again and all I try is working properly.
 
Except for a couple of days around Anzac day I have been having problems for nearly two months. Today out of the blue www.hhonors.com actually worked for me. This was after I received a 500 bonus point offer for completing a survey.

The link on the email did not work; gave the

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #99.3c0fc7d.1147775535.29d2d1f ".

But I typed in www.hhonors.com and off I went.

Guess what; I must have been lucky as it is not working this evening.

For a limited session try www.hiltonfamily.com and log on.

I don't have any such offer to test for you :(.

I just went to www.hilton.com and entered my username and password. That takes me directly to the "My Travel Planner" page. No errors. Displays fine.

Selecting the "My Profile" tab (or HHonors Activity or any of the tabs) opens a new browser with the requested info all displaying fine.

I just tested using Mozilla 1.0.7 and again using IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.0500301-1519CO and both give me the same successful result.
 
I can't get it to work in IE 6, Firefox, or even Netscape 7.1 for that matter. Some nights it works, and others like tonight it doesn't.
 
Can log in now and see my travel planner. Link from the email still doesn't work though.
 
I often have problems logging in and navigating the site, but my email link worked first time. To be honest, it surprised me.
 
Hilton site works fine tonight, but the email link is still cactus
 
Must be an Australian thing.

Well the link doesn't take you anywhere special, so if you can log in the just go to the My Way tab and click on My Way Email. That gives you the survey.

I'm sick and tired of it not working - it's to the point where I am that annoyed that I'll just stop booking Hilton. Hilton, fix your problem.
