We have established a Qantas Club Corporate Scheme and all Australian Frequent Flyer GOLD subscribers can take advantage of the reduced rates offered by Qantas for Corporate Qantas Club membership. Current rates can be found HERE (post #2 on this thread).
Our scheme is a Group Coordinated Scheme (see
http://www.qantas.com/travel/airlines/qantas-club-membership-types/global/en#corporate-membership).
A. FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT A QANTAS CLUB MEMBER AND WISH TO JOIN UNDER OUR SCHEME:
1. Please complete the Individual Member Application form – http://www.qantas.com.au/infodetail/flying/qantasClub/CorpIndivApp.pdf.
2. Make sure your choice of a 1 or 2 year membership is clearly marked (Qantas will only charge you per our renewal rate, not the full rate as printed on the form).
3. Scan/email the form to support@australianfrequentflyer.com.au.
IMPORTANT NOTE (1): For reasons beyond our control, our Qantas Club Corporate Scheme is not available to NZ residents. It is available for residents of Australia and all other countries, excluding new Zealand.
IMPORTANT NOTE (2): Qantas no longer accept cheque payments. See note in the Payment Method on page 2 of the application form.
IMPORTANT NOTE (3): Qantas have advised that they now require the 3 (or 4) digit security code on the back (or front) of your credit card. Please include it on the form in the space marked "VMPD".
4. Start a Conversation with @support saying that the form is on the way.
5. We will then complete your form by adding our corporate scheme details and forward it onto Qantas on your behalf.
B. RENEWING YOUR EXISTING QANTAS CLUB MEMBERSHIP UNDER OUR SCHEME:
Prior to your Qantas Club renewal date, you can renew under our scheme and qualify for the reduced annual membership rate. You can view the current rates HERE.
You cannot renew your QF Club Membership (under our corporate scheme) online. Instead, you will need to follow a similar process to the above application process - ie. you will need to complete a form, send it to us, we then add our scheme number, and forward it to Qantas on your behalf.
