I am more bronze than gold, have reno's supposedly commencing in march and until I see what happens when I can commit to naught.
Will likely decide to come at the last minute and find that the bus is full….

Do you mind me asking (and I don't mean this in a rude way) why attendees are divided into different groups depending on their status? Not meaning to be rude, genuine question. I'm sure there's good reason for it. I'm still learning :)

Platinum in this case refers to the members having bought a ticket, and are thus confirmed. While Gold refers to them indicating somewhere in the thread that they are still considering it so could be likely to attend, but have not bought a ticket yet and Bronze that they cannot make it at all.

Ah! Thanks so much for explaining this. I'd seen those kind-of responses frequently and could never quite understand.

Potentially it could go:
  • Platinum – confirmed;
  • Gold – maybe;
  • Silver – unlikely;
  • Bronze – cannot attend; and
  • Copper – @penegal (running joke)

I'm arriving on Friday 5th April to make the weekend of it and am planning to have dinner at Hey Jupiter on Friday night if anyone is interested in joining. I've booked for 7:30pm but can probably expand the booking this far out.

Heading to Shobosho for lunch on Saturday 6th, too.

I'm also considering Africola.

We’ll be arriving too late for dinner on Fri night. I’m keen to try something other than Gaucho’s for dinner on Sat, though I have usually caught up with a friend in ADL on the Sat anyway.

Mr Katie went to Bai Long on his Adelaide fishing trip in Jan. I’m interested in trying it.

Hopefully Ruby and I get a chance to check out a place next week for a Saturday night get together.
We may have to make an urgent trip to SYD so fingers crossed (for both things).
