And therein lies the dilemma. If the price is likely a mistake, does everyone order just one case and the orders maybe get honoured. Or do we push the boat out ordering multiple cases? No different to mistake fares.

I ordered just one case, personally I feel if customers abuse the system by ordering multiple cases it simply increases the chances of having the merchant cancelling all orders and spoiling the fun for everyone else.

I can't speak for anyone else, but when I was alerted to the price it didn't occur to me that it was a mistake and that I just thought of it as a good deal. Maybe they had too much and were selling it off cheap to make room for other stock? Only ordered 1 x six-pack, but probably should have gone for more.

Very true (in a literal sense), but Consumer Law allows them to avoid having to fulfil the order under a number of circumstances, including inadvertent errors. Also, by shopping at Qantas Wine you agree to the stated T&C where they do not contradict the law and I'd guess their lawyers are pretty good at that, unlike their IT and listing management people.

I paid for membership at the same time as my first box and that order shows as partially shipped because they sent my welcome email.
I am hoping that might stop them cancelling that order.
However I am more worried about my second order which still shows as processing.

so far order is still in processing state, but 2 other orders i placed are now shipped ..
So, these are 3 x Pommery orders? Two are showing as shipped and one is still being processed?

Edit: Or, maybe 2 x non-Pommery that are on the way, and the one that has gone nowhere is the Pom?

i have a wine order from Friday night shipped but a Pommery order Placed the next day still processing.
