Are you free for lunch on 13 October 2011 and want to get the inside scoop on what's happening @ QFF including details on the new Platinum One proposition and changes to the Upgrades experience?

You could join Simon Hickey (CEO Qantas Frequent Flyer) and Steph Tully (Head of Airline Loyalty) for lunch at Neil Perry’s Rockpool in Sydney.

If you have been an AFF member for at least one year and are a QFF member, here is a chance to have your say face to face.

Tell us what three questions about the program you would most like to have answered and why. Your three questions must be submitted via Private Message to me by 30 September 2011 - include your QFF number also so we can contact you. We'll choose the 10 most interesting entries and you will have the opportunity to ask those (and other) questions over lunch.

All flight expenses within Australia will be covered by Qantas.

We are hoping to hear from many of you soon!

Note: We have contacted the AFF, and they have approved this post. The Australian Frequent Flyer has no financial interest in this offer and will not be involved in the invitee selection process. The Australian Frequent Flyer management team (admin and all moderators) will not be available for selection.

Great idea Red Roo, and thanks for considering the AFF community in this way!

PM on its way! Especially good seeing as I will be SYD/LAS the next day (on a 380 ick!)

Wow I am in Sydney and available - I will be sending the PM shortly.

I hope you get some sensible questions (and not just about priority boarding)!

I guess we also have a date for the announcement of P1 details as well ;)

Unfortunately I will be in Shanghai at this time. Otherwise I would have a few questions I'd love to ask.

PM sent :)

Would have to take a day off work to attend, but I think it would definitely be worth it. Fingers crossed ...

Bugger,

I'll be in Belgium. Wonder if AJ would fly me back from there?

PM to RR Sent.

It's great to see QFF making a move like this. I had previously suggested to RR Revision 1.0, that something like this would be an excellent show of good will from QF as well as allowing AFF members and QF Management to discuss issues constructively with each getting an insight into how 'the other half' think.

Crossing fingers i'm selected of course, but regardless of who is chosen, it should be an invaluable experience for both parties.

Great initiative Red Roo. I for one will be thinking of some questions as I can make myself free for the day (If i am not already in Sydney for work)!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

One of the few times that you wouldn't want to be a mod.

I will have to carefully consider some questions and send them through to Red Roo, I will think of some questions over the weekend.

Thanks for the opportunity to speak to Qantas Red Roo.

I will have to carefully consider some questions and send them through to Red Roo, we have until the 30 September so why rush it.

Because my three questions are ones I've been wondering for a while rather than question which I'm thinking of to win lunch, so this is the perfect chance to get them answered...

(That said, lunch does sound good...)

:( Yes, but we roll with the punches. It wouldn't be of any use if we happened to be at lunch and something happened on the site...just imagine the carnage when we finally surfaced?

I'm happy that it will go to some deserving members who ask the best questions. I do expect there to be photo's from the event, so we can live vicariously through the posts.

Maybe I just fly down, invite a client to lunch there and eavesdrop

I'd say this thread will quickly have a lot of traffic between now and well after the lunch, who wants to speculate on how many posts? :D
