QF J not bookable online domestically, classic awards viewable in Y

Ayee!
For the second consecutive day, have been trying to book a couple of flights, in available spare minutes.
Again today, half way through the search, the site goes into circular mode and then to "marginal" functionality.
Revert to Plan B for my bookings, methinks!

Virgin? Add more text to make message long enough.

And the call centre is apparently overloaded. At least, that what the recording says.

Our online team is currently working to bring the website back up to full functionality and we expect to have resolution shortly.

Hi Red Roo, how is the resolution going? Also, can we please also have a way of seeing all applicable fares as we used to for domestic flights (Economy and Business). There are times when we may wish to book one class on the outbound and the other on the inbound, or at least have the opportunity to do so.

At the very least give us back the (better) functionality we used to have (incl the multi class booking!).

This is very frustrating, as others have expressed.

Cheers

Edit:
15 minutes after posting this, when checking Trans Tasman didn't have the Class selection box but all fare types came up, went back looked at other options (domestic and other International), had to select class so couldn't see range of fare types. Inconsistent, incompetent 'enhancement'.

It's died again:

Obviously this stuff would have been done overnight, when it would least inconvenience most site users (and the business of the airline), but the IT staff had already been put to bed, told their bedtime stories and were hugging their teddies tight!

I have noticed that the QF site has been up and down all week. I wanted to book some flights to Adelaide when they were on special but the site was down for hours on the last day and I subsequently missed out (I know I could have called but ... this was an impulse spend so the site being down stopped me).

When 25% of your web traffic originates overseas, there is never a good time to down the system.

I have done software product testing and debugging in the past. Red Roo, I am happy to test your front-end offline before the next version goes live! Just don't tell any AFFers, in case I let any errors slip through.

Flights to Auckland no longer display all fares on one page either. You now have to select the booking class and you can book first.

I noticed that it's broken the "change" flights functionality though. It's not showing up the "business sale" fares or the first fares via the "change" screen with MMB.
