Could that explain why some of your flights have been free?
Not all. Some flights yes. At the moment I've been travelling under Flexi . Some yet-to-be-booked flights will be in Saver. Was curious after my CNS-BNE flight was free Live2Air, including the ungrateful prick next to me. Very few Flexi's onboard (I think it was only a few), and PE only had 2 or so. But everyone seemed to have free Live2Air.
Perhaps it's a zone thing... ie certain zones get free Live2Air. Just seems like a strange implementation of their policies. (Or ... poor staff training).
No such thing as zoning. It's either On, Off or Free for all.
Sounds to be as if you had a lazy CS ?
I would call the free on flights less than 2 hours rule (not that it seems to be applied anymore) zoning!
I meant zoning to be mean certain sectors of the plane.... not certain flights.
Perhaps it's something to do with the difficulty of allowing L2A to be shown free to Flex customers or something similar.

The LTA aircraft are not going to get a refit AFAIK, they are being retired/sold/returned to owner.
