What is the current Live2Air story?

As it stands, on 737 aircraft where IFE is fitted, the FOXTEL/AUSTAR Live 2 Air, should ALWAYS be complimentary on the following routes in both directions

The Pay per view movies are priced at $9.90 per movie and ARE NOT complimentary unless traveling in Premium Economy or Business Class

BNE TO MEL, ROK, NTL, MKY, SYD, PPP CBR, HTI, TSV,
CBR TO OOL, MEL, ADL, SYD
