Pretty sure it's St Hallett Old Block. I haven't had 2017 but it's generally a very good wine.

"Elegant and perfumed wine, reflecting the cool vintage to best effect ... Always a classy wine."
This incredible winery has firmly established a reputation for crafting wines with exceptional quality and character. Early on, they thankfully had the foresight to save their old Barossa vines, the fruit of which is now used to craft this flagship Shiraz and the jewel in their crown.
Fruit for the 2017 is sourced from ancient vines as old as 1870, the youngest 1936, averaging close to 100 years old. Only the best old vine parcels are considered and each parcel was harvested and fermented separately, based on their unique character.
On the nose, expect a complex and elegant array of dark fruits with rich dark chocolate notes and cinnamon spice. The palate, thanks to the incredible vine age, has immense concentration and depth while still maintaining a sense of elegance and vibrance. There's flavours of ripe plum and decadent dark chocolate at the core, with notes of cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg and well integrated cedar oak. The acid line is lively and well defined, and its balanced finish is incredibly long and harmonious.
