Vinomofo Wine Deals

I believe that the Reisling put up is Patrick of Coonawarra. Decent drop if I recall from a mixed case last year.

Agreed. Bought a case for family members a little while back who promptly requested a second case after cracking open the first bottle. Easy drinking and great value.

Glenlofty was a good drop for the $. I also grabbed a case....even though I have already gone over this months wine budget....by a lot!

Just....can't....help....it!

What is this "budget" thing that you speak of? Is that where common sense tells me to stop buying wine but cases keep rolling up on my door step?

Unfortunately my budget wears the pants in our relationship. I managed to soften her up a bit with the Chateau La Clap Rose and assorted whites from the Salvation XVII case, but fear I'm close to running out of credits again :|

Haha, yeah something like that. Problem with me is they seem to all turn up at once, and on the day my better half has off work!

Re: the budget - I'm not sure really. I've heard about it but never really done it...
It doesn't sound like much fun to tell the truth...!

Even though you have no budget, may I remind you all that the Glenlofty is now marked as "Almost Gone!"?

We love the 2011 and I have more expectation in this 2012, so shared an order with my work mate! :D

They never mentioned the viognier component for the 2011...or did they?? Neverthless, this will be a very interesting case of comparing the 11 with the 12......however, from chatting with wineries in northern victoria in the last six months, the vics are not hamming up 12 as much as the south Aussies......really, at under a tenner, its ridiculous...

No - the Shiraz Viognier was a separate wine to itself by the looks of their site. Either way, only a 5% blend, can't be that different, and with 96pts and a gold from the Melb wine show I'd say it's pretty up there with the 2011! Either way, as you say, can't go wrong under $10!!
