Haven't been able to log in for the last two days. Always returning "Unfortunately this request could not be processed.". I find this suspiciously conincident with the single sign on that was announced earlier this week.
Of course, what I have now is No Sign On![]()
I've just tried my Velocity login and it's currently working......and no double login to book rewards flights either!
I have the same issue as LindsayWilson.
Tried in Chrome, Safari and IE across PC and Mac, still no luck... I actually rung them on the weekend and they were rather useless. Told me to call back during the week.
FWIW, I went back to the Virgin website to book my flights using points - just very thankful that the "log in" (when prompted near the end of the process) worked - but it hasn't helped me to log in to see that my flights on Wed and my wifes' on Friday, have credited to my account![]()
