Anyone else having trouble loggin into the Velocity website? I enter my details and it returns a message "Unfortunately this request could not be processed"

Have got in now but keeps coming up with error messages as I navigate through the site? maybe they are doing some work on it

Haven't been able to log in for the last two days. Always returning "Unfortunately this request could not be processed.". I find this suspiciously conincident with the single sign on that was announced earlier this week.

Of course, what I have now is No Sign On :(

I've just tried my Velocity login and it's currently working......and no double login to book rewards flights either!

I have not been using the Velocity web site a lot lately - but succesfully managed to log into Velocity website just to see if I can expect problems, no problems for me.

I also was able to locate and succesfully do online check in on the VA site for my corporate travel agent (non IBE) booked VA domestic flights tomorrow (both B737 services), this is the first time I have been able to select seats online and do OLCI on the VA web site since Jan 2013. ts still not perfect however as I selected a C seat on one of the two flights that mysteriously became a B seat when I got to the print stage....

Everyone seems to have different experiences of what works and what doesn't work on the VA and Velocity web sites so its tricky to keep track of what is working and what is not...

Problems since last week also getting the message "Unfortunately this request could not be processed." I have called twice and had my password reset with no luck. Did get 20 email messages one after another stating, Your Velocity Account is now unlocked and we can confirmthat your password has been successfully updated in your Velocity membershipprofile.

Kind regards,

Velocity Frequent Flyer

I am getting this same error in the last week a number of times. Invariably, I eventually get in, but like davidn, I rang up last week to get password reset, and got the 20 messages saying "your password has been reset". Having same problems this morning. Also, my flights from last Thursday haven't posted within the usual two day timeframe, so not sure what's going on over there...

ps. I'm using Chrome.

I've got the same issue. It's tied to the Account from what I can gather. I've tried different PC's, different browsers, fully cleared all cookies, etc.
My partner can login fine, just I can't get into mine.

After comparing with straitman yesterday, I'm glad I'm not the only one having troubles - both yesterday and today (using both Chrome and IE). Now to work out how to clear cookies (Google here I come)

For me, clearing the cookies had no effect, it still brought up the same error.

FWIW, I went back to the Virgin website to book my flights using points - just very thankful that the "log in" (when prompted near the end of the process) worked - but it hasn't helped me to log in to see that my flights on Wed and my wifes' on Friday, have credited to my account :( :(.

The site seems very slow to respond to me, but maybe that's at my end?

Without creating a thread... has anyone had booking's you haven't made appear in 'My Bookings' I had one appear overnight, and while I have no itinerary for it and can't select the booking to view details, I wonder if I ring up will they be able to send me an itinerary for the flight I haven't booked..?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Kira from the Service Centre just got the same message, when trying to reset my password, so now nobody can get into my account :(. She did it twice and it failed both times - so she has sent it off to IT for them to have a look.

I have the same issue as LindsayWilson.

Tried in Chrome, Safari and IE across PC and Mac, still no luck... I actually rung them on the weekend and they were rather useless. Told me to call back during the week.

I'm surprised you haven't noticed the common denominator with your problems is pure mathematics.

The formula you seek to explain your problems is:

VA + IT = RS

If it helps, my flight from Friday has....
